Deposit option:
A $250 deposit reserves your appointment and is applied to your final invoice. Balance is due after service is complete.
Finance option:
If you finance, your appointment is prepaid. Any eligible refunds or reschedules follow the same appointment policy below.
Reschedules:
With 48+ hours notice, your deposit or prepaid appointment transfers one time to a new date.
Late cancellations / no-shows:
Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows inside 48 hours may forfeit the deposit or require a new deposit to rebook.
Weather exception:
If Rinzer reschedules due to weather or service conditions, your payment transfers with no penalty.
If Rinzer cancels:
Your payment is refunded or transferred to a new date — your choice.
