Ceramic Coating Cancel / Reschedule Policy
$250 deposit is non-refundable and applied to your final invoice (tax added at completion).
Reschedule with 48+ hours notice: deposit transfers one time to a new date.
Reschedule/cancel inside 48 hours: deposit is forfeited (a full day was reserved).
Same-day cancel / no-show: deposit forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.
Weather exception: if Rinzer postpones due to conditions, your deposit transfers with no penalty.
